facades business, who specialise in Curtain Walling Design,
Manufacturing & Installation. Operating for over **Apply on the

They are now looking to appoint a Design Office Manager on a permanent
basis to work within their facades business and with top tier
contractors. As Design Office Manager, you will supervise a diverse
team working on a range of designs for some of the most
architecturally advanced buildings in the construction industry.
Working with Department Directors, the role will involve the
following:
? _YOU WILL_ be managing the **Apply on the website**-strong design
team working drawings/designs in accordance with the specifications
received from various clients, and co-ordinating the Design function.
? _YOU WILL_ be running handover meetings to review and discuss the
projects, identifying design requirements, and clarification of the
scope of works.
? Liaising directly with the appropriate representatives to identify
and agree all variations between the customers
specifications/drawings.
? _YOU WILL_ be ensuring that any relevant project information
received from the architects/customer is appropriately transmitted
within the company.
? Working with the team managing the submittal of designs for
internal review and discussion and then on for client approval.
? _YOU WILL_ be regularly liaising with other departments,
Procurement, Commercial, Production and Operations.
The successful candidate will possess the following: ?
* You?ll have a degree, HND, or equivalent in the built environment
sector ?
* You?ll have at least **Apply on the website**+ years of experience
co-ordinating projects from either design or operations.
